Entrance hallway leading to open plan fully equipped kitchen/diner with Flat screen TV and patio doors opening onto established and well maintained garden.

Bathroom fitted to high specification with separate shower and large bath/shower mixer.

2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 large singles. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes providing ample storage. There is plenty of space in either bedroom to place a cot if required.

Stairs leading to first floor

Large living area with solid oak floors offering views across Swanage town. There is plenty of comfortable seating to relax and unwind and this also includes a sofa bed, if required.

Flat screen TV's, DVD Player, games console and CD player/radio. Gas Central Heating. Ironing facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric oven and microwave.

There is unrestricted parking on the opposite side of the road immediately outside the property and in the surrounding area.

Linen is included.

Short Breaks welcome out of season minimum 3 night booking.

There may be a small fuel supplement during off peak months.

Pets are accepted by arrangement.

Children welcome, cot, stair gates and high chair provided.
