How many guests can stay at Mia’s Cottage?
The accommodation is suitable for up to 6 adults or 4 adults and up to 2 children. 1 Bathroom & 1 WC.
Are short breaks available?
Yes short breaks are available during low season, Nov- March, each year. Please email your enquiry.
Are stair gates and other equipment provided for small children?
There is a stair gate, high chair & travel cot all available for your use during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the cot and which room you would like it set up in prior to your arrival. Please remember to bring your own bedding for cot. There are also games, puzzles, books & DVD's available.
Is there reserved parking at Mia’s Cottage?
There is no reserved parking. There is restricted parking on the High Street immediately outside the cottage and there are plenty of roads nearby to park. A map is provided in the cottage showing all the parking areas.
What time can we arrive?
Arrival time at Mia's Cottage is from 3pm onwards
What time do we need to vacate on departure day?
Please vacate your holiday property before 10am.
Is bed linen provided?
Yes, all bed linen is included in the price and beds will be made up ready for arrival.
Are towels provided?
Towels are included in the price for guests at Mia's Cottage but please remember to bring your OWN TOWELS for the BEACH.
Are there additional charges for electricity, hot water and heating?
There are no additional charges made for utilities.
Is there WiFi available at the property?
Yes, WiFi codes will be supplied with your “Directions & Arrival” info approx. 2 weeks before the date of your arrival.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is NOT permitted at the property.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes one well behaved dog is allowed per booking by prior arrangement.
Is the property within walking distance of the beach and shops?
Yes. You can walk to the beach and town centre, it is a short walk of around 5 minutes from Mia’s Cottage. You can also walk to the Pier, Play Parks, Steam Railway & Beach Gardens where you will find Tennis Courts, a Basketball Court, 18 hole Putting Green & outdoor Table Tennis.
