We have put in place some extra safety measures due to the current situation with Covid-19.
If you or anyone in your house hold (who lives with you) has had symptoms, either a continuous cough or temperature in the last 14 days as set out in the Government guidance please advise us immediately.
To reduce contact full payment of the Damage/Breakages deposit will need to be paid via bank transfer at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that different Bank Account details will be forwarded seperately.
To minimise contact we have self-check in. Details of the security key box are set out in the “Directions & Instructions” which will be sent to you approx. 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
When checking out please make sure you place the key back in the security key box.
An inspection will be carried out following your departure and we do ask guests to leave a list of any damages, which have occurred during their stay. In the event that we do find any damages/breakages you will be notified of any charges and these will be deducted from the deposit, which is being held.
If no damages/breakages have occurred then we will return the deposit back to you via bank transfer and ask that you provide us with your bank details following check out.
We would like to reassure you that the cottage will not be cleaned by anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days prior to your stay (this includes members of their household).
We also have strict policies put in place to protect our cleaners & guests. Extra cleaning duties have been put in place for ALL change overs.
Contracting symptoms during your stay:
If a member of your party contracts symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay, you will be expected to leave the cottage in order to minimise the spread of infection.
If your party does have to vacate early for any reason, we do request that you notify us immediately.
